Life offers us a continuous journey of lessons. My career in health began when I graduated from UC Santa Barbara in 1993. I worked for a medical facility as a physical, occupational, AND speech therapy Tech. Then in 2000 I chose the path as an Independent Personal Trainer and began to immerse myself in the world of health and fitness. I’ve always been an overachiever which is why my passion has become my life work.
Over the years I have recommended countless food options as snacks and meals. I have to admit most of these suggestions were the ever popular, convenient, processed bars and shakes. Although, these sometimes have their place, I’ve made it my personal goal to find a convenient replacement that was not processed or preserved. As I am sure you are aware this is a difficult task. So, I decided to create my own nutritionally superior food – MOMO’s Muffins.
MOMO’s Muffins are the “fruits” of my labor. My clients and I have found these to be a delicious option either on the run or with as a meal re-placement. What makes these muffins so amazing is that they are high in protein, low in fat, low in sugars, and HIGH in fiber. All the important variables have been addressed. Most importantly is that they taste so yummy! In fact, it’s unfair to even compare these to any other muffin as the “others” don’t stand a chance!

On a side note, I love my dog, Lilly. She is a “Grey Ghost”, or Weimaraner - a wonderful family member and friend. I am heavily involved with the local Weimaraner Rescue group and a portion of all MOMO’s sales goes to support the care of those pups who have been abandoned and in the care of this rescue.
